AMAZING WORKOUTS! I wanted to start more high intensity workouts that were convenient for my level, knowledge and skills. DASH has sessions in the evening and mornings that were easy to book. Sarada was always an amazing coach in all the sessions that I've been to and knows how to train people of different levels and is very helpful even for advice on the phione. The sessions were always stretches, drills, sprints then cool downs and I found that to be a very good system. The sessions were short but enough to really make you feel it! DASH is one of the best workout sessions I've been to for certain and I have been involved in athletics ever since starting and owe alot of my fitness to DASH!!
