We had the pleasure of hosting a bit of a special DASH class last week for all those running fanatics, running bloggers… basically anybody into running and wanting to run faster. What we were overwhelmed with was the amount of people that turned up in the freezing cold. It was incredible and the positive can-do attitude of everybody left you literally buzzing. Now, we could sit here and tell you all about it and obviously we would be bias but we would rather let you hear from somebody who came along…
