We know running as a pack encourages you to go faster and stronger. But whilst we are on Lockdown we have a series of downloadable sessions to keep you motivated, that fitness up and keep that competitive edge.

Our sessions are still structured in the same way, so for all you newcomers we keep the same format as it’s super effective and helps you get the best out of your session.

  • The Main Session
  • Final Conditioning

With all of our sessions, you’ll be able to get them done in 30 – 40mins. Meaning you have enough time for everything else and you still get the same benefits as if you were training for over 1hr. It’s all about quality not quantity.
